District Manager
District Manager role focused on equipping General Managers to deliver sales, profit, engaged associates, and an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Review targeted reports and store processes to identify sales and profit benchmarking opportunities across the district and within the region.
- Understand the competitive landscape by observing and studying other companies to learn about current initiatives and strategies.
- Assess General Managers and leadership teams to determine talent opportunities and their impact on store performance.
- Engage General Managers in discussions about their strengths, development opportunities, and how to lead teams toward extraordinary performance.
- Assess talent across district leadership teams to develop session plans.
- Ensure the use of company training tools and hold teams accountable for their utilization.
- Shape store culture by modeling core values and leadership capabilities across store teams.
- Consistently use and champion technology to improve team efficiency and customer experience.
- Create an inspiring work environment that motivates team members to perform at their best.
- Set clear expectations and drive accountability by addressing performance issues promptly.
- Embody and articulate the brand’s vision.
- Review and evaluate the execution of store environment standards and customer experience.
- Encourage teams to engage with and support their local communities through store or company initiatives.
- Consistently meet performance standards, including product and service sales, customer service, productivity, and attendance.
