About the role
The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple cleaning sites within a designated area. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service levels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at multiple cleaning sites
- Manage and train cleaning staff
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
