About the role

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple cleaning sites within a designated area. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service levels.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations at multiple cleaning sites
  • Manage and train cleaning staff
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications
