What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support multiple store locations within your district
- Drive sales growth, profitability, labor performance, and operational execution
- Recruit, develop, and mentor Store Managers and future leaders
- Conduct store visits, audits, and business reviews to identify opportunities and improve results
- Champion exceptional customer experiences across every location
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards
- Lead initiatives, process improvements, and growth strategies
- Partner cross-functionally to remove obstacles and keep stores performing at a high level
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, convenience store, restaurant, or similar operations
- Proven track record of improving performance and leading high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and key operational metrics
- Exceptional coaching, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable spending the majority of time in stores supporting teams
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the district
