Your Role Recruit, train, and support Cornwell dealers to drive district growth and meet sales goals. Conduct regular sales meetings, maintain territory surveys, and analyze dealer sales data. Ensure receivables stay within credit terms and assist dealers in maximizing sales through company programs. Communicate regularly with dealers via phone, email, video call and newsletters. Spend a minimum of three days per week working directly with dealers and document training activities. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma / GED. Experience in the mobile tool business or similar field. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven sales ability with proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems. Physical ability to step in and out of a truck, regular walking and lifting up to 50 pounds.
