District Manager/Area Supervisor

About the role

A District Manager/Area Supervisor is needed to lead a team of five to seven restaurants in the Northeast Illinois area, specifically in Lake County, Illinois. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience as a District Manager or Multi-unit Operator in the restaurant industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A strong background in financial analysis, along with the ability to lead and train team members, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for five to seven restaurant units
• Drive sales and profitability for the managed units
• Develop the professional abilities of unit management staff
• Ensure adherence to financial controls, operation standards, policies, and procedures
• Ensure a positive customer and employee experience

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong talent and performance-management skills
• Clean driving record and criminal history check

Qualifications

• Domino's experience preferred
• Valid drivers license
• Proof of valid insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to relocate within 20-25 minutes of the locations

Pay

Upwards of $75-$115k/yr
