Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience, demonstrating capability in HR functions
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and talent management
- Exceptional communication, conflict management, and decision-making skills
