Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple store management teams.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop managers and future leaders.
- Ensure consistent food quality, safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
- Monitor financial performance, labor, inventory, and operating costs.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant, bakery, retail, or food service management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Experience with budgeting, P&L management, staffing, and operational planning.
- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
