District Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the official representative of Techflix in your assigned district.
• Connect with local brands, entrepreneurs, schools, hospitals, and businesses to understand their requirements.
• Promote and market Techflix's premium software, ERP, smart POS systems, web development, and digital marketing services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local clients and business communities.
• Collaborate with the central team to achieve monthly regional business goals.

Educational Requirements

HSC passed in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• 1 to 2 year(s) of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or the IT sector will be given high preference during recruitment.

Additional Requirements

• Must have a smartphone/laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently within the designated district.

Job Location

Vacancy: 128 (2 Consultants per District)

Salary & Compensation Structure

• No Fixed Salary
• Candidates have the opportunity to earn BDT 10,000 - 2,00,000+ per month based on skills and project execution (via a highly attractive revenue-sharing/incentive structure).
• Fixed Salary Option: If anyone wants a Fixed Salary, it is acceptable; however, he/she must fulfill the designated sales target to withdraw the salary.
