We’re excited to announce we are expanding and looking for an additional Lead Consultant in our Richmond Virginia office.

Location: Richmond, VA. Veterans highly encouraged to apply. Relocation bonus may be authorized.

Responsibilities

• Managing and advising clients in a variety of industries and disciplines.
• Producing client deliverables under the supervision of Lead Consultant.
• Analyzing business processes and metrics.
• Managing client expectations and project deliverables.
• Participating in client meetings and government negotiations.
• Ensuring contract compliance while creating successful modification packages.
• Creating streamlined proposals (with Proposal Writer support) in accordance with company policies and government contract requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities with the ability to multi‑task.
• Excellent research skills and task management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to support project requirements.
• Focus on managing client and personal relationships.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).

Pay

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
