Distribution Specialist Trainer - Vegas

Responsibilities

• Assist in initial training, certification and recertification of all full‑time, new‑hire and contingent workers for Distribution Specialist positions in the Distribution Center to ensure order/inventory accuracy standards are met.
• Document findings and provide feedback to the area Coach regarding concerns.
• Provide input on performance of new hires for retention decisions.
• Stay current on changes in processes for production jobs in Shipping, Picking, and Receiving.
• Assist in gathering information and/or auditing written training documentation (SOP) for accuracy.
• Audit SOP documentation annually or as process improvements are made.
• Support and participate in facility programs such as Quality Audit, PFP, IQ Club, Housekeeping, Hazard Hunter and Safety.
• Support facility metrics such as Inventory Accuracy, Order Accuracy, LPH, CPH, Quality and Safety.
• Work a flexible schedule when training associates across shifts.
• Communicate associate concerns and suggestions to Management; encourage associate engagement.
• Perform all duties and maintain standards in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
• One to two years related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management and associates.
• Ability to prioritize and achieve objectives in a fast‑paced environment.
• High degree of credibility.
• Demonstrated success handling multiple priorities and multitasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
• Ability to influence others, make decisions, and solve problems using reasoning.
• Forklift Certified Trainer, Harness Training and First Aid/CPR (preferred but not required).

Compensation

Base salary range: $47,860 USD – $54,912 USD. Employees may also participate in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based sales incentive plan.
