Work Environment & Expectations
This role may involve a mix of office-based coordination and on-the-ground field work, depending on workflow needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy. Location: The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Greenville SC.
Position Summary
The Fielding Coordinator plays a critical leadership role within the operations team, overseeing all fielding activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution of work. This position is a member of the Manager’s Leadership Team and acts as the primary point of contact for fielding operations, training, and resource management. The Fielding Coordinator ensures all data collection and field prep processes are executed to the highest standards, while also contributing to team development and process improvement.
What Sets You Apart (Background Requirements)
- BS Degree & 1+ Years of Relevant experience, OR AS Degree & 2+ years of relevant experience; Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Prior experience in field operations or coordination roles preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
- Comfortable working with fielding software and reporting tools (experience with Skywire is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
