Distribution Center Supervisor

About the role

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Distribution Center Supervisor for a toy distributor in Whitehouse, OH. As a Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and oversee a team of associates, ensuring efficient execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Inventory maintenance and cycle counting
• Develop and enforce SOPs
• Lead, train, and manage staff and supervisors
• Coordinate transportation, carriers, and shipping schedules
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor preferred
• 2-4 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and material handling equipment
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Schedule

1st shift: Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm. Overtime may be mandatory during the week and on Sundays.
