Distribution Center Job Fair

About the role

Arhaus is hosting a Distribution Center Job Fair on Saturday, September 26th, 2026 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at 51 E Hines Hill Road, Boston Heights, OH 44236. A recruiter will email directions after you select an interview time. The fair is for immediate hiring for Distribution Center positions.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operator: operate equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• General Warehouse Associate: handle all aspects of receiving, storing, and distribution of merchandise.
• Perform tasks in a standing position for extended periods.
• Execute repetitive movements.
• Adapt to change quickly, multi‑task, manage competing priorities.
• Build respectful, effective working relationships and collaborate to achieve common goals.
• Convey information clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative as a self‑starter, take on increased responsibility.
• Display high integrity, honesty, and accountability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Ability to operate equipment at heights up to 35 ft (for Equipment Operator roles).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 150 lbs +.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Understanding of general distribution/warehousing practices: unloading, loading, picking, shipping/receiving.

Pay

• General Warehouse Associate: starting at $19.00 /hr.
• Equipment Operator: starting at $21.75 /hr.
• Shift premiums: $2.00 /hr for nights, $3.00 /hr for weekends.
• Employee sign‑on bonus: $1,500 for day/weekend shifts; $2,000 for night shifts.

Schedule

• Boston Heights:
  • 4 days (10‑hours): Monday–Thursday, 6 am–4:30 pm.
  • 4 nights (10‑hours): Monday–Thursday, 5:30 pm–4 am.
  • 3 days (12‑hours): Friday–Sunday, 6 am–6:30 pm.
• Walton Hills:
  • 5 days (8‑hours): Monday–Friday, 7 am–3:30 pm.
  • 5 nights (8‑hours): Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm.
