Distribution Center Worker

About the role

Stryten Energy is seeking Distribution Center Workers to join the Salina team. These roles include Order Processors, Rotates, Warehouse, Plaque Room, and Dock Coordinator positions within the distribution center departments.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products.
• Learn other positions on the line.
• Show a positive attitude, safety and quality orientation, and a team-oriented spirit.
• Be dependable and take pride in their work.
• Have mechanical aptitude (preferred).

Requirements

• Must be able to understand and communicate in basic English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must comply with safety and health regulations.
• Must wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Must be physically capable of continuous standing, lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, and pulling for duration of work hours.
• Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions (hot, cold, humid).
• Must be able to carry or move short distances, wooden pallets weighing up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Computer literate.

Skills

• Mechanical aptitude (preferred).

• DC Schedule A Shift: Day: Sun-Tues, every other Wed
• B Shift: Night: Sun-Tues, every other Wed
• C Shift: Day - Thurs-Sat, every other Wed
• D Shift: Night - Thurs-Sat, every other Wed
