Dispensary Entry Agent

JOB TITLE: Dispensary Entry Agent AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION: Reports directly to the Dispensary Entry Agent Team LeadAdditional oversight by Assistant Dispensary Manager and Dispensary ManagerThis position will support both the Seekonk and Somerset dispensary locations, with scheduling determined by business needs JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and enforce the company’s safety and entry proceduresEnthusiastically greet all customers, staff and visitors that enter the buildingCheck identification of all customers and visitors before permitting them inside the buildingMonitor the security cameras and alert management of potential diversion or safety breachesAnswer front desk phone and direct calls accordinglyAssist with clearing snow and or applying salt to building exterior walkways, including any entrance or exit Maintain a clean and organized work environmentOther duties and special projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detailOrganizational and time management skills requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredComfortable with handling confidential information ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 21 years of agePossess valid driver’s license or state IDMust pass all required background checksAbility to work nights, holidays and weekendsMust be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time Powered by JazzHR BBRdtXgI3Y
