Order Entry Specialist

iKey, a leader in rugged keyboards, monitors, and accessories, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Order Support Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Austin, TX. Responsibilities

• Input complicated orders into the database with accuracy.
• Inform salespeople on estimated ship-out dates, lead times, inventory, and parts availability.
• Take the initiative to run reports for sales and marketing as needed.
• Communicate and coordinate outbound products with production for assembly.
• Work closely with the buyer and finance department on data entry tasks and inventory management.
• Cross-train and back up the shipping coordinator and client services.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone or email.
• Quickly learn and grasp concepts and processes.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Manage time, workflow, and priorities to accomplish goals.
• Adjust to new and changing situations and business needs.
• Process RMA returns and repairs, working closely with production to resolve issues.
• Be proactive, punctual, and highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• No less than 5 years of manufacturing Sales Order Entry experience or complicated data entry experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with ERP software.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Experience working closely with Operations and Sales.
• Stable work history; not interested in applicants who have frequently changed jobs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Starting at $28–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Location

In-person at our Austin, TX office (78754). Reliable commute or relocation to the area before starting work is required.
