Responsibilities
- Engage and educate patients in a positive manner
- Absorb and complete patient intake forms accurately
- Qualify patients for iAnthus’s Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program
- Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and using email
- Provide feedback to Dispensary General and Assistant Managers on a regular basis
- Keep proper records such as patient intake forms, cash handling records, chain of custody documents, and waste disposal logs
- Attend 1-minute meetings at the start of each shift to ensure uniformity in message and goals
- Deliver excellent, and compassionate patient services
- Participate in monthly product inventory reviews
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, proper dosage, and iAnthus policies
- Participate in quarterly team meetings
- Review and implement brand sales marketing strategies
Qualifications and Education
- At least 21 years old, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or patient services, preferred
- Flexible schedule (nights and/or weekends)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math skills
- Computer literacy, especially in POS systems
- High school graduate
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment
- Good organizational and decision-making skills
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotate shifts
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Sitting, squatting, bending, and kneeling repetitively throughout a work day
- Using a ladder (up to 12 ft. extension) and general hardware tools for common repairs
- Exposure to various work environments including fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise
