Responsibilities

• Highlight, stamp, separate, and sort all Delivery Tickets and Service Orders
• Route, time frame, and assign all delivery tickets and service orders for next day’s routes to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Ensure all orders are dispatched for the following day once routes are finalized
• Coordinate with the local warehouse to ensure Reverse Logistics orders are picked up and returned to the store
• Verify Independent Contractor documents and licensing as needed
• Distribute daily routes to Independent Contractors
• Address Independent Contractor customer/site issues as they arise
• Resolve customer, driver, or route issues throughout the day
• Initiate and maintain good relations with Independent Contractors
• Track Independent Contractors throughout the day to keep deliveries on schedule and seek resolutions when needed
• Enter notes and additional information for Independent Contractors into the DMS
• Assist in auditing the previous day’s paperwork as needed
• Help ensure vehicles and trailers are well‑maintained and compliant with all DOT/CSA regulations
• Support local Operations with any aspect of local operations

Education and Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, transportation industry, or a related field
• Experience in Home Delivery or Last Mile preferred

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Work is primarily performed in a climate‑controlled environment and requires sitting, walking, and standing.
