Delivery Dispatcher

What you will be doing:

• Oversee and assist in the daily delivery of Misfits Market boxes
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of drivers
• Affirm that customers have a great overall experience
• Assist Delivery Managers in ensuring successful assembly and delivery of customer orders

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in dispatching/driving role preferred, but not required
• Working knowledge of optimization techniques and process flow improvements
• Experience managing a nimble, fast-growing team
• Computer skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excels at independent, unsupervised work
• Personal cell phone to communicate with drivers in emergency situations
• Doesn’t shy away from holding people accountable

Schedule:

Shift: Overnight Hybrid, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Rotating schedule:
Work 4 consecutive days, followed by 4 consecutive days off
Then work 3 consecutive days, followed by 3 consecutive days off
This rotation repeats throughout the year.
