  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of vehicles and personnel.
  • Document all interactions and incidents for reporting and training purposes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
