Responsibilities
- Collaborate with routing specialists and schedulers to optimize routes.
- Dispatch drivers using information from the reservation department and online reservation application.
- Review and respond to all incoming calls, confirming details with clients and reviewing reservations two weeks in advance.
- Discuss client availability and review online reservations.
- Field incoming calls for same-day requests, ensure availability, and examine possible route changes.
- Initiate outbound calls to city connect and access services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve potential pick-up problems before they result in service issues.
- Ensure service on missed pick-ups by coordinating driver movement in the field.
- Assist in determining the daily level of driver staffing to balance responsiveness and productivity.
- Perform other duties assigned by the operations staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of general work experience, including driving and customer service experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have been a licensed driver for at least two (2) years.
- Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- No criminal convictions for DWI, DUI, assault, or possession.
- This position includes weekend availability.

Pay
$18.19 per hour.
