With a starting pay of $18/hour, you'll play a critical role in keeping operations safe, secure, and running smoothly.

Schedule

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift shifts are typically 10 or 12 hours / 3-4 days a week

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm systems and respond swiftly to fire or intrusion signals
• Coordinate emergency responses with law enforcement and first responders
• Be the go-to communicator for after-hours calls and crises
• Maintain strict confidentiality in sensitive situations
• Support store teams with remote training and alarm troubleshooting
• Manage key requests and PIN code updates for all facilities
• Handle dispatching of service calls for retail Loss Prevention systems

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience (dispatch or call center is preferred)
• High school diploma required
• Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills
• Able to work fully on-site in Salisbury, NC

Pay

• $17.00-18.00 per hour
