About the Role
Provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by communicating with customers and internal team members to ensure proper order status, delivery arrangements, and service. Manage incoming customer service calls and emails, schedule and coordinate service calls, and adjust drivers’ daily schedules as needed. Monitor drivers via the dispatch system, create the next day’s driver schedule, and ensure customer needs are met. Add new customer jobs and tickets to the computer system (TCR), conduct service checks for jobs out for 30 days or more, and complete a “final edit” of each job to ensure billing requirements are met. Interact professionally with employees, management, vendors, customers, and external partners.
Responsibilities

- Receive and respond to incoming customer service calls and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, adjusting drivers’ schedules as required.
- Monitor drivers throughout the day using the dispatch system.
- Create the next day’s driver schedule to meet customer needs.
- Add new customer jobs and tickets to the TCR system.
- Conduct service checks for jobs active for 30 days or more.
- Complete a “final edit” of each job to ensure all billing information is accurate.
- Interact professionally with employees, management, vendors, customers, and external partners.
- Perform other functions as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience, or a combination of education, experience, and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Strong leadership skills to ensure driver compliance with directions and assignments.
- Basic understanding of geographical areas and mapping programs for efficient routing.
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn dispatch and record-keeping systems such as Paylocity and TCR.
- Experience with Windows Office Suite (Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a professional, positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness.
- High degree of energy, self-motivation, and flexibility.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others.

Pay
Salary range: $21–$25 per hour.
Schedule
40–50 hours per week, including mandatory on-call coverage as part of scheduled responsibilities, with compensation as applicable.
