About the role
Join a nationally recognized Alarm & Security Services team as a Dispatch Specialist. You’ll be the vital link between high-value clients and first responders, making quick, smart decisions under pressure while delivering white-glove customer care in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the critical communication point between clients and first responders
- Make rapid, informed decisions to ensure safety and security
- Provide exceptional, white-glove customer service
- Handle diverse, dynamic situations daily
Requirements
- 2+ years of dispatch experience
- Proven white-glove customer service background
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with first responders (preferred)
- Comfort in high-speed, high-stakes environments
- Experience with VIP/platinum clients (a plus)
- GED or Associate’s degree required
- Must pass a background and drug screen
