Dispatch Routing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drives timely completion of the daily routing/dispatching duties
• Performs all MobileCast dispatching activities
• Routes same day/next day deliveries according to Logistics policy and procedures
• Communicates to branches regarding errors in addresses, time frames, and other work order issues
• Updates TIMS with customer notes and updates work order ship dates as necessary
• Communicates to branches regarding issues that impact the ability of the Dispatcher to effectively route a work order to a driver in the field
• Makes appropriate adjustments to staff and/or process based on delivery staffing requirements
• Monitors driver progress during the day and communicates issues related to missed time windows to the branch level
• Reviews reports at the Central Dispatch level to monitor driver compliance with route orders
• Coordinates with Region management on action plans to ensure driver compliance with targeted financial objectives
• Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensures patients do not suffer service failures and communicates with the servicing branch for undeliverable stops
• Demonstrates professional etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with customers and branches
• Responds to telephone, fax, and email questions/problems from branches
