Lead, Dispatch Routing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Works closely with branch leadership teams to meet branch KPIs and financial objectives
• Acts as a bridge between the local branch management team and the central dispatch department
• Timely completion of the daily routing/dispatching duties
• Timely completion of responsibilities within the Logistics Department
• Performs all MobileCast dispatching activities
• Routes all same day/next day deliveries according to Logistics policy and procedures
• Communicates to the branches regarding errors in addresses, time frames, and any other work order issues that negatively impact the routing of a delivery
• Updates TIMS with customer notes and updates work order ship dates as necessary
• Communicates to the branches regarding issues that impact the ability of the Dispatcher to effectively route a work order to a driver in the field
• Makes appropriate adjustments to staff and/or process based on delivery staffing requirements
• Makes appropriate adjustments to staff and/or process based on delivery staffing requirements

• Monitors delivery staffing requirements based upon order volumes
