Dispatch Routing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Acts as a bridge between local branch management team and central dispatch department
• Drives timely completion of daily routing/dispatching duties
• Performs all MobileCast dispatching activities
• Routes same day/next day deliveries according to Logistics policy and procedures
• Communicates to branches regarding errors in addresses, time frames, and other work order issues
• Updates TIMS with customer notes and work order ship dates as necessary
• Communicates to branches regarding issues impacting driver routing
• Makes progress checks on drivers and communicates branch-level issues
• Makes staffing adjustments based on order volumes
• Monitors driver compliance with route orders using MobileCast & Roadnet software
• Coordinates with Region management on action plans for driver compliance
• Adheres to regulatory compliance areas, policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensures patient service is not compromised and communicates with servicing branches for undeliverable stops
• Demonstrates professional etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with customers and branches
• Responds to telephone, fax, and email inquiries/problems from branches
