Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Makes sure everyone and everything is safe and secure at the hotel and casino.
• Monitors and responds to all incoming radio transmissions.
• Calls the right people if there's an emergency.
• Speaks clearly and politely on the phone and radio.
• Looks around all the places where people are to make sure nothing bad is happening.
• Sends the right people to help if something looks suspicious.
• Keeps a record of what they see on cameras and videos.
• Tells the boss about anything strange that happens.
• Checks the cameras and other recording tools to make sure they're working well.
• Looks at the camera recordings to find out what happened.
• Writes down important things that happen during their shift.
• Helps keep the hotel and casino safe and secure.

Qualifications

• No gaming experience needed to apply.
• Must be able to write and talk clearly in English.
• Must have experience using radios, phones, and dispatching.
• Must have a CPR, AED, and First Aid certificate.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift and carry light items.
