Keep residential service teams organized: assign technicians, manage changes to the schedule and keep customers informed. We are building a pool of dispatch coordinators with experience supporting home-services operations.

Responsibilities

• Assign technicians to service calls based on availability, skills and job requirements.
• Monitor the daily schedule and respond to changes or delays.
• Communicate appointment updates and job status to customers and technicians.
• Log service calls and maintain accurate scheduling and CRM records.
• Follow up on open jobs and support the operations team with service-related administration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional dispatch, scheduling or service-coordination experience.
• Clear, professional English for US customer and technician communication.
• Confidence using scheduling software, spreadsheets and CRM systems.
• Strong organization, problem-solving and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes.
• Availability to work US business hours as an independent contractor.

Skills

• Direct experience in residential home services, HVAC, plumbing or electrical service.
• ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or a similar field-service platform.
• Prior remote work supporting a US service team.

Pay

Salary range: USD 1,500–1,800 per month. This is an indicative range for opportunities in this talent pool; compensation depends on the specific match and experience.
