What You'll Do

• Answer incoming emergency and customer service calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Gather accurate information to ensure the right crews are dispatched quickly and efficiently.
• Schedule emergency response and restoration services using our job management software.
• Cook up daily technician schedules and make real-time adjustments as priorities change.
• Follow up with customers throughout the restoration process to provide updates and exceptional service.
• Maintain detailed and accurate job documentation and data entry.
• Handle general customer inquiries, past service requests, and routine office communications.
• Work closely with our Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Axiliary administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
