Pay

Compensation $18/hr. + Up to $600 in monthly performance bonuses

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Work in a team environment
• Drive revenue and help meet the market goals
• Scheduling and routing of technicians
• Coordinate the correct skilled technicians to the right service calls
• Handle customer service requests and issues while collaborating with department management on customer satisfaction solutions and strategies
• Help others and feel great doing it!

Requirements

• 2 years of call center and/or dispatch experience (minimum)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks

Skills

• Service Titan experience (a major plus)
• Superb customer service skills
• Honest, dependable, and reliable
• Must pass background check and drug screen
