Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, high‑energy individual to join our Operations Team as a Dispatch Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible, reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, with strong people skills for interacting with patients and peers across departments. A background in medical equipment is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Responsibilities

• Route daily deliveries to Delivery Technicians and redeploy drivers throughout the day to manage same‑day and emergent orders.
• Coordinate deliveries, services, and shipments with Customer Service Representatives to schedule, set delivery expectations, and communicate delays, issues, or required assistance for timely delivery per policy.
• Assist in equipment cleaning and processing of dirty equipment, including proper labeling and storage in the warehouse, and document per policy.
• Make minor repairs to equipment as needed to assure safe operation and document repairs per policy.
• Attend manufacturer training on any new product that is to be repaired on site.
• Route service Delivery Technicians performing the in‑home preventative maintenance program for PHM‑owned equipment requiring regularly scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain and organize accurate vehicle files and related documentation.
• Oversee and update concentrator check logs to ensure compliance and proper tracking.
• Reconcile all outstanding stops, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Troubleshoot product‑related issues and provide timely support to ensure smooth operations.
