Dispatch Associate

Responsibilities
- Manage dispatch routing software to assign tickets to Service Technicians and monitor ticket stages.
- Maintain service ticket activity to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers via phone and email.
- Identify and cancel duplicate calls and service tickets.
- Enter technician feedback into the system.
- Create and distribute the Daily Dispatch Summary and other related reports.
- Cook up follow-ups on service issues with the dispatch team, mobile crews, and other departments.
- Update systems based off technician feedback.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service and computer skills.
- One to two years of dispatch experience.
- Ability to type 40–60 words per minute.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus, but not required.
- Ability to use geographic and mapping software tools.
