Disney Store: Sales Associate (Seasonal)

Responsibilities

• Engage and provide guests with an entertaining and magical experience, supporting the Disney Store mission of "Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages."
• Connect with guests by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and make appropriate product suggestions.
• Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment that delivers an entertaining, fun, and dynamic guest experience.
• Assist guests in finding solutions that meet their needs while leveraging resources like Disneystore.com.
• Consistently treat all guests and cast members with respect, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Perform cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently while maintaining high guest service standards.
• Participate in shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and other operational tasks as needed.
• Uphold all company policies, including Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual, and Code of Business Conduct.
• Promote and maintain a safe working and shopping environment.

Requirements

• Retail or service experience preferred, with demonstrated strong guest-focused engagement.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Openness to receiving and acting on feedback.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and meet Disney Store grooming guidelines.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted).
• Must be available a minimum of two shifts Monday through Friday with weekend availability.
• Job may require lifting boxes up to 45 lbs. and climbing a ladder.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous experience in specialty retail or service industry (preferred).

Pay

The pay rate for this role in Oklahoma City, OK is $12.25 per hour.
