Dishwasher (Steward) - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for fostering a fun environment
• Being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
• Promote and maintain all steps of the ACES program with each patron and employee
• Learn and understand the use of all chemicals used in kitchen operations
• Follow specific daily station assignments checklists as directed by Executive Steward and F&B Management
• Responsible for all aspects of dish/pot washing including using the dish machines, pot sink/power soak sink, and other basic stewarding duties
• Responsible for all trash removal, cleaning of trash receptacles, and proper disposal of all recyclables
• Ensure proper storage of equipment, chemicals, and restaurant supplies in compliance with departmental, company, and OSHA standards
• Keep all floors swept/mopped and free of debris during shift and as directed by Executive Steward and F&B Management
• All duties above are determined on business needs and other duties may be assigned as required

Requirements

• Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
• Must enjoy hosting others
• Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Six plus months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
• Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills
• Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, and fractions
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Must be able to obtain ServSafe

• Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
