About the role
The Dishwasher supports culinary and banquet operations by maintaining clean dishes, cookware, and kitchen areas. This role is essential to food safety, sanitation compliance, and efficient kitchen workflow.
Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment and clean kitchen tools and service ware.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage, and waste areas.
- Absorb and assist with basic prep or kitchen support as assigned.
- Follow all sanitation and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Kitchen or stewarding experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and stand for long periods.
