Dishwasher (PM Shift)

Location: 15323 Proctor Avenue, City of Industry, CA 91745

About the role

Dishwashers are responsible for washing dishes through the 3‑compartment sink and commercial dishwasher. They are also responsible for cleaning the restaurant, managing the facility's trash in accordance with the property’s trash regulations, unloading deliveries, and other supporting functions.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes using the 3‑compartment sink and commercial dishwasher
• Clean the restaurant area
• Manage trash according to property regulations
• Unload deliveries
• Perform other supporting functions as assigned

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, highly motivated
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Experience preferred but not required
• Open availability
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day
• Ability to push a cart weighing up to 100 lbs
• Work in wet or humid conditions, near moving parts, in extreme non‑weather heat and cold
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, use hands and fingers, reach, talk and/or hear
• Specific vision abilities: close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
• Follow safety procedures, use restaurant safety words, ask for assistance as needed
• Use appropriate PPE (cutting gloves, back support belt, goggles, long gloves when working with chemicals, other PPE as needed)
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally

Pay

$21.50 per hour (PM shift). The base salary or hourly wage range may vary based on prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. This range does not include potential bonus or benefits.

Schedule

PM shifts: Monday – Saturday, 4:00 pm – 11:30 pm / 12:00 am. Shift times may vary based on the position.
