About the role

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic kitchen team at Blackberry Farm. Our mission is to bring together a community of people who believe in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Responsibilities

• Washing, drying, and organizing all cooking utensils, storage containers, and pots
• Sweeps and mops upon arrival
• Lays down kitchen mats
• Operates and maintains the dish machine
• Affords assistance to waitstaff with glass storage
• Maintains plate cabinets and the pantry in an orderly fashion
• Empties all trash and recycling bins daily
• Scrub floors daily

Requirements

• Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to be on feet for an extended period
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle or golf cart

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Skills

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math
