Core Responsibilities
- Clean all kitchenware including tableware and pots and pans
- Monitor and change chemicals in dish washing machine as required
- Include checking machine for proper operating temperature
- Clean work area which includes removing garbage from kitchen, transport clean tableware and cookware to their proper places
- Sweep and mop floors
Experience and Skills
- Current Oregon Food Handlers card
- Experience with dishwashing or housekeeping preferred
- Experience in a senior living community is preferred but not required
Education and Experience Required
