Dishwasher

Essential Job Functions

• Assists in the set up and break down meals.
• Washes dishes IAW ware washing policy.
• Maintains dish machine and sanitization logs.
• Affords assistance to Supervisor/Manager/Director in assigned tasks as directed.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the department IAW posted cleaning schedule.
• Reports damage or problems to Supervisor/Maintenance.
• Keeps supervisor/manager informed of questions, reactions, comments or problems that may arise.
• Familiar with food service disaster plan.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D., preferred.
• Training And Experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred.

Knowledge And Abilities

• Understands the philosophy of quality customer service and customer satisfaction.

Work Conditions And Physical Requirements

• Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $20.01 per hour - $24.10 per hour. Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations may influence base pay.
