Responsibilities
- Perform water pumping and extraction at residential and commercial job sites
- Conduct mold remediation following industry safety protocols
- Remove and dispose of damaged building materials
- Determine water category and class; perform moisture mapping using industry equipment
- Clean up after fire damage, including smoke and soot removal
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers) to industry drying standards
- Document job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress through daily photos and notes
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, and project managers
- Maintain, clean, and properly store company equipment and vehicles
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed for emergency response
Compensation
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
