Responsibilities
- Encourage Participants to learn new skills to grow at their jobs
- Work with employers to guarantee their satisfaction with Job Path services
- Be flexible and available to provide support to employment program participants as needed
- Communicate with supervisor to ensure vital information is shared for the success of the people we support
- Write detailed case notes and submit electronic documentation of all services provided for the month for billing purposes by assigned deadlines
- Work with employer and individual to resolve any problems that may arise during work hours
Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED
- No experience and no certifications are required, but must be a caring and committed individual with a genuine desire to support and help others and be sensitive to the needs and preferences of people with disabilities (this includes applicants who themselves are autistic or have disabilities)
Pay
$19.44 per hour
