Director, USG Mission Demand Generation
About the role
HawkEye 360 is seeking a Director of mission demand generation to drive the adoption of HE360 capabilities among critical USG mission groups. The role involves developing and executing campaigns to renew existing programs and generate new acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute capability adoption campaigns resulting in renewal of existing programs and new acquisitions.
- Create targeted classified and unclassified presentations to persuade target audiences, focusing on the practical application of HE360 capabilities in user workflows.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with companies offering complementary capabilities.
- Pursue new contract vehicles to expand end-user support.
- Identify and leverage new funding sources to enhance HE360 support for critical missions.
- Immerse in HE360 data to provide actionable feedback to engineering, product, and solution teams.
- Work closely with solutions leads to develop compelling mission solutions.
- Collaborate with program managers to translate end-user requirements into acquisition opportunities.
- Support demand generation, end-user training, and workflow integration initiatives to maintain customer engagement.
Requirements
- A network of contacts in INDOPACOM, associated service components, or IC entities supporting INDOPACOM mission needs.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with at least 10 years of combined USG operational or programmatic experience applying RF to mission needs.
- Understanding of USG analysis tools, databases, and Requirements frameworks.
- Willingness to learn new software tools to access, manipulate, and convey HE360 data in end-user workflows.
- Experience in securing and growing firm fixed-price government contracts.
- Knowledge of USG RF collection systems.
- An established network within theater Special Operations Commands.
- Experience and network within USG organizations focused on building partner capacity or multi-national liaison.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Critical thinking and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Grounding in basic radio frequency principles.
Benefits
Competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus and benefits. Salary range: $155,000 - $195,000 USD. HawkEye 360 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Schedule
Approximately 33% travel, with the remainder spent at our Springpark facility and a secure facility in Herndon, VA.
