This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and execute US marketing initiatives for Dojolvi and Mepsevii
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize brand strategy and patient access
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Ensure flawless execution of brand strategies, including direct to patient communications
  • Oversee annual brand plans and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to enable seamless execution of marketing plans
  • Identify and address potential barriers to patient access and flow

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent life-sciences qualification required; MBA preferred
  • 10-12 years of sales and marketing experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years in rare/ultra-rare disease; experience in Metabolic Genetics preferred
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams focusing on patient access challenges
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research and strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience in leading innovative branding strategies and managing external partners
  • Logic-based problem-solving abilities in complex environments
  • Strong leadership with a capability to negotiate and align cross-functional efforts

Pay

$220,200 – $272,100 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
