For our client, we are seeking a Director, US Hematology Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead strategic marketing efforts for a hematology portfolio, with a strong focus on launch readiness, brand strategy, and growth execution. The position will use market insights, forecasting, and competitive intelligence to shape key business decisions and commercialization plans. It will also partner closely with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and R&D in a matrixed environment to drive alignment and support successful product launches. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $190,800 – $300,300 annually Responsibilities Lead portfolio strategy and launch readiness for hematology assets Develop and execute brand strategies based on market insights and trends Drive strategic decisions with analytics, forecasting, and competitive intelligence Evaluate market opportunities and build business cases for growth Manage critical business initiatives, including budget and resource allocation Enhance commercialization processes for product launches Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred 8+ years in biopharmaceuticals with expertise in marketing, launch capability, and portfolio strategy Track record of developing go-to-market strategies and leading growth initiatives Strong analytical skills, including forecasting and market research Proven relationship-building and talent development skills Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization Experience across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and R&D Management consulting background to drive launch readiness using structured methods Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and families Retirement benefits including 401(k) Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days Access to annual bonus and long-term incentives Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
