For our client, we are seeking a Assoc. Dir., US Hematology Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will help shape hematology marketing strategy for a major pharmaceutical portfolio, with a strong emphasis on scientific education, external engagement, and competitive positioning. The person in this position will partner closely with Medical Affairs, scientific leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence brand direction and support treatment awareness. The work will require deep scientific fluency, strong relationship management, and disciplined execution in a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will also oversee speaker bureau activity and help ensure brand messaging is aligned with market needs, compliance standards, and evolving clinical data. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $142,400 – $224,100 annually Responsibilities Build relationships with hematology scientific leaders and stakeholders Contribute to marketing strategy for the hematology portfolio Define brand priorities and best practices for scientific education Manage external speaker bureaus and organize speaker training Drive the execution of competitive plans and brand messaging Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs to engage external thought leaders Lead the evaluation of external data and its implications for treatment guidelines Qualifications 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with 3+ years in hematology Strong relationship building and communication skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Experience with healthcare provider promotion and regulatory compliance Strong scientific knowledge and ability to engage at a high level Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement benefits, including 401(k) Paid holidays and vacation days Sick and compassionate leave Annual bonus and long-term incentives if applicable Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
