Director, DTC & NPP Marketing - Hematology
Role Description
The Director will be responsible for the brand’s digital strategy. This position will lead a team of up to 4+ marketers. Your team will be charged with developing and executing upon a robust digital commercial strategy with the Hematology franchise. Will work in close partnership with other members of the cross-functional team.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead implementation of HCP, non-personal, DTC which is inclusive of digital marketing strategies in the US market for multiple indications
- Collaborate to provide a holistic view of media data and analytics, helping define clear KPls across the marketing funnel that enable the team to clearly gauge investment effectiveness
- Support the creation of campaign strategies with a focus on opportunities that enable us to orchestrate our campaigns across channels and functions
- Manage digital media activations with our media agency ensuring best-in-class media plan, performance and execution
- Contribute to a team culture built on the foundation of trust, and open communication
- Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with HCP marketing efforts to deliver integrated brand strategies
- Effectively manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility
- Leverage best practices from within the global commercial organization and continually foster learning from industry and outside of industry best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics, strategic planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Prior in-line marketing experience
- Oncology or specialty care experience highly preferred
- Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal and Digital, Patient marketing)
Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex constructs clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated ability to work in matrixed environment and lead without authority
- Strong business acumen skills, as role is responsible for managing multiple program budgets, timelines, process, and procedures
- High capability at working collaboratively, thinking strategically, and operating effectively in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
- High ethical standards and personal integrity
Pay
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $193,800 to $290,800. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
