About the role
This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive compliance advice on healthcare policies related to various business interactions
- Review and approve promotional materials and patient engagement programs for compliance
- Advise on adherence to key compliance laws and regulations like FCPA and state transparency laws
- Collaborate with Healthcare Law teams to align legal interpretation with compliance operations
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and lead investigations into potential violations
- Develop and implement tailored compliance training programs for different organizational levels
- Assist in compliance governance through reporting and policy development
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited US law school and a member in good standing of a US State Bar
- 8+ years of healthcare compliance experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology, with strong preference for in-house compliance experience
- In-depth understanding of US healthcare laws such as Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective compliance programs including risk assessments and investigations
- Strong ability to build partnerships and collaborate across business units and levels

Pay
$267,000 – $306,000 annually
