Director, UKG

The role involves leading UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) transformation projects, including UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions, across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver strategy, process improvement, and operational transformation initiatives with a focus on Workforce Management (WFM).
• Lead client projects and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Facilitate design sessions with executives.
• Produce high‑quality deliverables using data analysis.
• Develop proposals and support business development efforts.
• Create innovative solutions to expand market offerings.
• Collaborate with teams to implement technology‑enabled solutions, advanced analytics, and industry expertise.
• Apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, workforce planning, and advisory services, preferably within a Big 4 or consulting environment.
• Proficiency in UKG modules (UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Dimensions).
• Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated project management expertise.
• Proven leadership, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
