Director, Truck and Equipment

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Truck and Equipment to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote leadership role will drive business development for a specialized truck and equipment leasing portfolio, with a strong focus on originating new assets and services. The position will partner closely with commercial and performance teams to strengthen retention, expand new business, and improve margin performance. It will also require disciplined use of CRM data, KPI tracking, and relationship-building to support informed decision-making and sustained growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $129,800 – $181,800 annually Responsibilities Lead the truck and equipment business by originating new leased assets and services Support the overall strategy for client retention and new business acquisition Collaborate with the commercial performance team to enhance client retention Use Salesforce.com to maintain current and accurate business information Manage KPIs to support decision-making and improve business development efficiency Coordinate with other teams to up-sell value and improve margins Develop relationships with stakeholders to create long-lasting partnerships Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred 7-10 years of successful experience in sales and business development Proven track record in managing and directing a sales territory Strong financial and leasing acumen Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce.com experience preferred Benefits Comprehensive and competitive benefits package for employees and their families Market-leading offerings to ensure outstanding care Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
